About
Sheboygan Outreach Collective, formerly known as Sheboygan United, began as a collaboration with community organizations to promote their services at a family resource fair, all under one roof. Originally titled Familias Unidas (United Families), the resource fair saw great participation and feedback from participating community members.
Thus, began the journey to continue to host the resource fair in other community spaces, with an attempt to include as many community members as possible. Whether that is our youth, adults, aging population, or our underserved and unserved community members.
The Sheboygan Outreach Collective partnership has begun its work with just a handful of participants and a minimal budget. We are working hard to continue to grow and develop into a community connections service. Dedication and preparation go hand-in-hand with everything we do.
Our community is diverse. It's up to us to help each other reduce and eliminate as many barriers to health and resource access as possible.

We help create opportunities and connections in which local county resources and community members can get together in safe places to share resources, ask questions, and collaborate to improve the needs of the community.
We work together to promote community participation and community voices in order to increase cultural appreciation and diversity. The more we know about each other, the better we can work together to find solutions to problems that affect us all.
We believe that involving our youth within the community is essential. The goal is for our youth to learn about leadership, collaboration, and resilience. They will help lead us into a new era of community partnerships and success in our ever-changing dynamic world.
